Nutritional Programs

Our goal with our nutritional program is to provide you with a nutritional plan that you can live with in real life situations, on a day to day basis. We will provide you with a program that you can live with and still get results. It isn't about 'dieting', it is about lifestyle changes and healthy choices.

We feel that you need to take three important steps to see nutritional success:

1. Set logical goals. If you are playing darts you have to know where the dart board is or you will never hit the bull's eye.Your goals are your focus point that will allow you to get past cravings and other stumbling blocks.

2. Have a plan to reach those goals. Once you have a destination you will need a road map that shows you the path to get there. We will help you put together a step by step process to follow that will lead you to success.

3. Hold yourself accountable. You are your best watch dog. You are the first person to know when trouble is on the horizon and you might be tempted to go off of your plan. Luckily we are there to support you and show you how to handle these difficult situations that arise through our daily email check in system and the counseling phone calls.

Our program consists of two phases. Phase one is geared towards making the body adapt to several new healthy nutritional habits. We want to speed up the metabolism, detox the body, decrease the cravings for sugar and other bad foods, and increase energy levels. Phase one can be tough, but it is very necessary. This phase will last two weeks.

Phase two is geared towards adjusting the nutritional plan to something that is easy to maintain on a daily basis. The great thing about this is that you will still be reaching your goals as you do this! Once you achieve your nutritional goals you can either set new ones or just maintain where you are at and continue to enjoy the benefits of your new healthy lifestyle!
